SENIOR JOURNALIST SANDEEP THAKUR DIES OF CARDIAC ARREST. DEEPEST CONDOLENCES.
Entire media fraternity of the national capital territory of Delhi and Press Club of India is shocked to hear about the most unfortunate demise of senior journalist Sandeep Thakur.
Sandeep Thakur breathed his last in Mumbai after breathlessness in an Ambulance ferrying him to the hospital. He died of massive cardiac arrest.
Sandeep Thakur who had worked in Hindustan Times and Rashtriya Sahara for a long time had gone to Mumbai on 27 th October to meet her only daughter where he experienced uneasiness in breathing.
He was immediately rushed to hospital in ambulance on oxygen and could not be revived by paramedics breathing his last on the way due to cardiac arrest.
Sounds extremely tragic that an enthusiastic journalist always with hat and shirt’s two front button open usually coming to press Club in style in goggles, hard lucked Sandeep Thakur never knew what tragedy was in store for him during him Mumbai visit where he had gone to meet her only daughter as her happiest father.
A health conscious journalist with a good dressing sense usually in hat, and stylish watch and shoes Sandeep Thakur was fond of walking daily and was health conscious too. He was a gem of a person. These days he used to sit in Media centre usually and would visit press Club quite often.
Press Club of India today condoled the death of senior journalist Sandeep Thakur through a condolence message on social media platform X, earlier twitter writing : Press Club of India extends sincere and deepest condolences to thee family and associates of Sandeep Thakur, a senior journalist who worked for several publications, including Rashtriya Sahara and Hindustan. He was the regular visitor to the club in the evening wrote PCI on X.
