“Ramsetu” hero Akshay Kumar and 45 junior artists infected with Covid 19, Akshay admitted in hospital
The leading Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has been admitted to a Mumbai hospital after being infected with Covid 19. Meanwhile 45 Bollywood junior stars including actor Akshay Kumar working in a Bollywood movie Ramsetu have been infected with Covid 19. There were in all 100 junior artists working in Ramsetu out of who 45 have been tested positive, sent into home isolation with its hero Akshay Kumar admitted in a Mumbai hospital. The chief minister of Maharashtra Udhav Thakrey has advised the film producers to involve small number of actors during the film shooting in view of the Covid 19 situation going out of hand in Mumbai and Maharashtra. Akshay Kumar who was shooting for Ramsetu in Midland, Mumbai alongwith co stars. Two other costars of this movie Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal have been infected with Corona. has advised all those who’d come in his contact to recently should get themselves tested for Covid 19 to avoid any complication. It may be recalled that in the recent past several Bollywood celebrities have been infected with Covid 19 and some television n Bollywood had succumbed as well. The Bollywood actors having been infected earlier are viz Amir Khan, Kartik Aryan, singer Aditya Narayan, Rupa Ganguli, Alia Bhatt n Ranbir Kapoor etc. In Maharashtra in a single day there have been 57000 Covid 19 infections. Till date there had been total more than three lakh cases with 58,878 Covid 19 fatalities. At the pan India level more than 1 lakh people have been infected with Covid 19.
