It is not only Mr Ram Surat Nautiyal, Chairman Chardham Vikas Parishad but many other aspirants who are shifting their loyality from one party to another. Such shifting from one party to another is not only unethical but opportunistic also. In earlier times it used to termed as crossing the floor.
Voters must review their contribution to their constituencies before casting their votes to such candidates.
