Rakesh Tikaith’s convoy allegedly attacked in Alwar Rajasthan

Bhartiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikaith spearheading the farmers movement alongwith more than thirty farmers movement leaders n associations at Ghazipur Border demanding revocation of the three contentious agricultural laws since the last four months was today attacked on the way to attend Kisan Panchayat at Alwar Tatarpur intersection, allegedly by some Bhartiya Janata Party goons. According to the tweet in Hindi by Rakesh Tikaith, the attack on his cavalcade in Alwar was pre planned. If the MPs and goons of BJP will attack on the roads than the lawmakers of the state n MPs will not be allowed to come out on roads in Uttar Pradesh tweeted the farmers’ leader Rakesh Tikaith in Hindi.

According to another ANI Hindi News’ tweet : An incident of alleged attack on the cavalcade of farmer leader Rakesh Tikaith by some people have come to light. Rakesh Tikaith said that an attempt was made to snatch the pistol of police. The window glass panes of the car were broken with stones and sticks said the tweet. According to the latest news four persons have been taken into custody and they are being interrogated.

In another tweet a twittereti Tabeena Anjum wrote : Farmer leader Rakesh Tikaith BKU alleges, his convoy was attacked in Alwar district. The tweet retweeted by Tikaith further adds that Bhivadi police has taken four people into preventive custody including a student leader. Ink thrown at the convoy and glasses broken tweeted Ms Tabina Anjum.

Bhartiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikaith was allegedly attacked at Tatarpur intersection in Alwar district of Rajasthan. On hearing the news about the alleged attack on their leader the protesting farmers became agitated and tried to block the highway number 9 at Ghazipur. However after the intervention of the police the blockade was lifted later on.

It may be recalled that Rakesh Tikaith has been visiting various states of the country to address n organise farmers against the three contentious agricultural laws demanding enactment of a new law in Minimum Support Price.

However, Tikaith has also posted pictures of his participation in a hugely attended Kisan Panchayat at Harsoli, Alwar Rajasthan.
