Raju Srivastava on ventilator even after 28 days. Doctors very much hopeful. Daughter Antra meets her father

The condition of one of the leading comedians of the country, who had acted in several films apart from other popular reality shows including holding the important post of the chairmanship of Uttar Pradesh Film Development Council Raju Srivastava is still on ventilator since the last 28 days. According to the doctors of AIIMS nothing can be said as to when he will be relieved of ventilator. Though his condition is, still worrisome but the family and doctors say he is responding to the treatment and his recovery signs are positive despite being in ventilator. Raju has moved his legs n fingers though still serious. However, his daughter Antra, wife and children were allowed to see him in the ICU. The family especially ailing Raju Shrivastava’s wife has requested not to spread any fake news or false rumours about his health in social media as the doctors attending on him are extremely hopeful of Raju’s regaining senses and being recovered in the near future though still tight lipped to reach to any definite conclusion. She added that the traumatic family needs their support, blessings and well wishes than pessimistic news. After September 4 there is no tweet on Raju Shrivastava’s twitter handle which had stated quoting ANI that Comedian Raju Srivastava has shown minor improvement being still on ventilator and under observation as per the ANI sources. Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh CM has personally intervened and has assigned the responsibility of UP Resident Commissioner in Delhi to be in constant contact of the doctors attending on him and the family to render them all possible help in this hour of crisis. Kindly recall that Raju Srivastava has suffered a cardiac attack while working on treadmill 28 days before at a GYM in South Extention. After the attack he fell down probably hurting his head and was taken to AIIMS by his GYM trainer. A successful angioplasty was conducted on him the same day but due to clotting or pressing of a nerve of the brain Raju went unconscious and had to be shifted on ventilator. His condition was precarious but now stable reveal sources though he is still unconscious n on ventilator. However, he has moved his fingers n feet n has spoken to his wife for a while earlier, through indications. He had become extremely weak being on liquid diet n brain not responding but signs of recovery are optimistic say doctors.
