The MLA of BJP from Raipur Dehradun since 2012 against whom FIR has been registered for ransacking the office of the Director of Elementary Education Mr. Ajay Naudiyal few days ago alongwith his infuriated supporters has today sought apology saying in a press conference at Dehradun that he is apologetic for whatever happened with the Director education in the future of anger as Mr. Naudiyal, the teaching community and the officials of the department are all his family members. He also sought apology from the teaching community and thanked all association members for not politicising this issue saying that he apologise from the core of his heart to put everything to end not going into the details. On being asked who is behind this he said he sought apologies in his own and shall take the future decision on the advise of the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and the state party chief. On being asked what will happen to the case he first said that let the police take the action as per law but later in said that if need be we will mutually take our cases back everyone agree to it. It may be recalled that a few days ago a group of his party activists and his supporters had gone to meet the director elementary education of Uttarakhand at his office. They are demanding naming of the school in the name of late Padam Singh Rawat who has donated 1.5 acres of land for a school in his constituency. The cost of the land today is in crores . The MLA Umesh Kumar Kao said that we were demanding the school to be named after late Padam Singh Rawat because he had donated this land for the school . If the land will not be in his name that s land being extremely precious can be manipulated in future and misused. The four sons of late Padam Singh Rawat who were also present during the argument with Naudiyal and when he was hurt wanted this school to be named in the name of their father. During discussions in this issue the crowd became restuge and attacked the director education, who lodged the complaint ( FIR) against Umesh Kumar KAU MLA, BJP, Rajpur and counter complaint by the MLA. Since the matter was serious and inviting criticism of the BJP , the Lawmaker from Rajpur was asked to seek public apologies though he denied that there is pressure on him. The MLA had to confront several tedious questions from reporters and was not able to respond to their trivial questions comfortably.
