The former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has commenced his 700 kilometres long padyatra to cover over eleven to fifteen states.
The Bharat Nyay Yatra after his 4000 kilometres Bharat Jodo Yatra from Kanyakumari to Kashmir is a historic step any political leader has taken out till yet especially such a long national journey mobilising people from cross section of the society against the present saffron political dispensation covering 4000 kilometres and now more than 6700 kilometres another NYAY YATRA during the peak chilling winters.
This 6700 kilometre Nyay Yatra is being commenced from Imphal, the capital of Manipur, the North eastern state which was engulfed in massive riots between the Maiti and Kuki communities resulting in hundreds of people being destabilized and several killed brutally in the ethnic clashes with their houses burnt and razed to ground including hundreds of weapons and, armaments of India Army , paramilitary including from police stations looted.
It is believed that this Congress party’s Nyay Yatra covering the distance of seven hundred kilometres and eleven to fifteen states will impact over hundred parliamentary constituencies socio politically during the general elections.
However, the much hyped padyatra known as Bharat Jodo could not translate the massive crowds it elicited into votes as the Congress party had lost in four states out of five, only winning a tiny state Telangana and being defeated in three states it had ruled several times.
On the one hand the the various constituents of INDIAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENTAL INCLUSIVE ALLIANCE ( INDIA) are hectically busy making seat sharing arrangements in various states though till date nothing fruitful has been elicited on the other hand the Congress party seems to have an upper hand as INDIA’S IMPORTANT CONSTITUENT AS its president who is a veteran leader and a Dalit Mallikarjun Kharge has been made the chairman of the non BJP opposition Alliance. The Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar was appointed as its Convenor.
At Imphal Airport today a plane full of senior Congress leaders and office bearers, MPs including Rahul Gandhi and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge landed at Manipur airport to participate in the rally and padyatra led by Rahul Gandhi.
Hundreds of women, youths, students and Congress activists were present there in large numbers to greet their leaders.
This is the second visit of Rahul Gandhi at Manipur after the massive ethnic violence.
Kindly recall that the general elections are just near and though the Congress party is terming this Nyay Yatra as apolitical, nobody can deny that its timing unambiguously states that it has been commenced very much keeping the elections in mind.
On the one hand while Prime Minister Narendra Modi is busy in 11 day fast and various rituals attending pujas in various ancient temples to finally consecrate the Lord Ram statue and temple to derive maximum political mileage on 22 January, on the other hand the Congress party and INDIA has backed former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi to lead a 6700 kilometres NYAY YATRA from Manipur very much keeping in mind that it will surely impact the national elections and derive maximum political advantage at least in 100 constituencies of the states where this Yatra of Rahul Gandhi would touch and Rahul interacting with cross section of the people with media focussing on him.
However it remains to be seen as to how much impact the Ram Temple factor and the temple’s consecration on January 22 by prime minister Narendra Modi will have on the people of India. The moot question is : Will the polarisation of votes on Ram temple issue help bring BJP back to power for the third time consecutively with Modi’s charismatic image still working or INDIA will make a dent on the saffron party and derail it ? A million dollar question indeed, though too early to ask?
कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने ग्यारह से पंद्रह राज्यों को कवर करने के लिए अपनी 6700 किलोमीटर लंबी पदयात्रा शुरू की है।
कन्याकुमारी से कश्मीर तक उनकी 4000 किलोमीटर की भारत जोड़ो यात्रा के बाद भारत न्याय यात्रा एक ऐतिहासिक कदम है जो किसी भी राजनीतिक नेता ने अब तक नहीं उठाया है, विशेष रूप से वर्तमान भगवा राजनीतिक व्यवस्था के खिलाफ समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के लोगों को एकजुट करने वाली 4000 किलोमीटर की लंबी राष्ट्रीय यात्रा। चिंता की बात है कि अब चरम कंपकंपा देने वाली ठंडी सर्दियों के दौरान 6700 किलोमीटर से अधिक की एक और न्याय यात्रा चल रही है।
700 किलोमीटर की यह न्याय यात्रा उत्तर पूर्वी राज्य मणिपुर से शुरू हो रही है, जो मैती और कुकी समुदायों के बीच बड़े पैमाने पर दंगों की चपेट में आ गया था, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप सैकड़ों लोग अस्थिर हो गए और जातीय झड़पों में कई लोग बेरहमी से मारे गए और उनके घर जला दिए गए और ज़मीन पर गिरा दिए गए। भारतीय सेना, अर्धसैनिक बलों और पुलिस स्टेशनों से सैकड़ों हथियार और हथियार लूट लिए गए।
माना जा रहा है कि सात सौ किलोमीटर और ग्यारह राज्यों की दूरी तय करने वाली कांग्रेस पार्टी की यह न्याय यात्रा आम चुनाव के दौरान सौ से अधिक विधानसभा क्षेत्रों पर सामाजिक, राजनीतिक प्रभाव डालेगी।
हालाँकि, भारत जोड़ो के नाम से जानी जाने वाली बहुप्रचारित पदयात्रा भारी भीड़ को वोटों में तब्दील नहीं कर सकी क्योंकि कांग्रेस पार्टी पांच में से चार राज्यों में हार गई थी, केवल एक छोटे से राज्य तेलंगाना में जीत हासिल कर पाई थी और तीन राज्यों में हार गई थी जहां उसने कई बार शासन किया था।
एक ओर भारतीय राष्ट्रीय विकासात्मक समावेशी गठबंधन (भारत) के विभिन्न घटक विभिन्न राज्यों में सीटों के बंटवारे की व्यवस्था करने में व्यस्त हैं, हालांकि अभी तक कोई नतीजा नहीं निकला है, वहीं दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस पार्टी का पलड़ा भारी नजर आ रहा है। महत्वपूर्ण घटक इसके अध्यक्ष के रूप में एक अनुभवी नेता और दलित मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे को गैर-भाजपा विपक्षी गठबंधन का अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है। बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को इसका संयोजक नियुक्त किया गया.
इंफाल, मणिपुर में आज राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस प्रमुख मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे सहित वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेताओं और पदाधिकारियों, सांसदों से भरा एक विमान राहुल गांधी के नेतृत्व में रैली और पदयात्रा में भाग लेने के लिए इंफाल, मणिपुर हवाई अड्डे पर उतरा।
अपने नेताओं का स्वागत करने के लिए सैकड़ों महिलाएं, युवा, छात्र और कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ता बड़ी संख्या में वहां मौजूद थे.
मणिपुर में भारी जातीय हिंसा के बाद राहुल गांधी का यह दूसरा दौरा है.
कृपया याद रखें कि आम चुनाव बिल्कुल नजदीक हैं और हालांकि कांग्रेस पार्टी इस न्याय यात्रा को अराजनीतिक करार दे रही है, लेकिन कोई भी इस बात से इनकार नहीं कर सकता है कि इसका समय स्पष्ट रूप से बताता है कि इसे चुनावों को ध्यान में रखकर शुरू किया गया है।
एक ओर जहां प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी अधिकतम राजनीतिक लाभ लेने के लिए 22 जनवरी को भगवान राम की मूर्ति और मंदिर की प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा करने के लिए 11 दिनों के उपवास और विभिन्न अनुष्ठानों में व्यस्त हैं, विभिन्न प्राचीन मंदिरों में पूजा-अर्चना कर रहे हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर कांग्रेस पार्टी और भारत ने मणिपुर से 6700 किलोमीटर की न्याय यात्रा का नेतृत्व करने के लिए पूर्व कांग्रेस प्रमुख राहुल गांधी का समर्थन किया है, यह ध्यान में रखते हुए कि यह निश्चित रूप से राष्ट्रीय चुनावों को प्रभावित करेगा और कम से कम उन राज्यों के 100 निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में अधिकतम राजनीतिक लाभ प्राप्त करेगा जहां राहुल गांधी की यह यात्रा होगी। स्पर्श और राहुल विभिन्न वर्गों के लोगों से बातचीत कर रहे हैं और मीडिया का ध्यान उन पर केंद्रित है।
हालांकि यह देखने वाली बात होगी कि राम मंदिर फैक्टर और 22 जनवरी को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा मंदिर के अभिषेक का भारत के लोगों पर कितना असर होगा। यक्ष प्रश्न यह है कि क्या राम मंदिर मुद्दे पर वोटों का ध्रुवीकरण भाजपा को लगातार तीसरी बार सत्ता में वापस लाने में मदद करेगा, जबकि मोदी की करिश्माई छवि अभी भी काम कर रही है या भारत भगवा पार्टी पर सेंध लगाएगा और उसे पटरी से उतार देगा? वास्तव में एक मिलियन डॉलर का प्रश्न, हालाँकि पूछना अभी जल्दबाजी होगी?
