Protests n court arrests by Indian Youth Congress demanding the dismissal of union minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni.

New Delhi, 20 December 2021:

Indian Youth Congress led by its president Srinivas BV today protested and courted arrests against the Central Government demanding the immediate dismissal of union minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni.

On this occasion, the national president of Indian Youth Congress Srinivas BV said that the country has understood the chronology of BJP and added that now BJP’s policy of ‘crush and destroy’ will not work. The country is demanding the dismissal of the minister to bring justice to the farmers who died in the Lakhimpur Kheri massacre said Sriniwas addressing the protesting IYC activists in New Delhi on Tuesday.

The Indian Youth Congress chief Srinivas BV also said that a few days before the Lakhimpur Kheri massacre prime minister’s beloved minister was threatening the agitating farmers to ‘get better, or he would reform’ and a few days after that Lakhimpur Kheri massacre happened said IYC chief. The Prime Minister’s speeches are beyond the truth, who praised the farmers in the speeches, should tell – why is the father of the accused of Lakhimpur Kheri massacre is not being sacked from the post of minister, questioned Sriniwas BC, the IYC president. He added that the involvement of the minister’s son in the Lakhimpur Kheri massacre has been proved beyond doubt but unfortunately, even after this, the government and the administration are engaged in doing injustice. It is this genuine concern that the IYC is constrained to raise their voice said the IYC leader He also said that before the 2014 elections about the criminalization of politics, Modi ji used to talk a lot, but today his government is standing at the forefront of protecting the people of criminal nature. The real trick, character and face of the BJP led NDA government has been completely exposed in front of everyone failing to understand as to why the Modi led government is protecting the Minister of State for Home despite the minister’s son being convicted and those responsible for this cruel act clearly exposed.

By not sacking the Minister of State for Home Mr Teni, the BJP high command has exposed its anti-farmer face added Sriniwas BC. He reiterated the commitment of Youth Congress to continue to protest until the Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra Teni resigns.

While hundreds of Youth Congress workers were going to protest at the Parliament House demanding the resignation of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni, the Delhi Police barricaded everyone and detained many workers.

On this occasion, Indian Youth Congress’s National Media In-charge Rahul Rao, National Secretary and Delhi co-In-charge Khushboo Sharma, National Secretary Shivi Chauhan, Vineet Kamboj, Hemant Ogale, Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress President Rannvijay Singh Lochav, and many youth Congress workers participated in the protest n courted arrests today .
