PROSECUTION OFFICER RICHA KOTIYAL TO GO ON 3 WEEKS’ TOUR OF US TO DELIVER LECTURES ON GENDER BASED VIOLENCE !
Talented daughter of the former Information commissioner of Uttarakhand Rajendra Kotiyal is leaving for a three week official tour of America representing Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand from 17 th November 2013.
Prosecution officer Richa Kothiyal is an outstanding talent who has achieved this opportunity by virtue of her immense dedication, hard work, dexterity and perseverance.
Richa commenced her career after getting initial education from UIT university pursuing her BA, LLB, thereafter LLM from Almora finally joining as Assistent Prosecution officer, not to look back again.
Thereafter she was elevated to the post of PO and ultimately became Prosecution officer amongst the total 8 numbers at the pan India level POs.
Richa Kothiyal is also credited for delivering lectures on serious issues of significance to the trainee police officers at the Hyderabad Police Academy where she proved her outstanding mettle as an exceptional orator.
Richa Kothiyal is being lauded for her outstanding achievements especially her selection for a three week’s US tour to deliver lectures on sensitive issues like Gender based violence in Washington representing Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, thus raising the name of the Himalayan state high abroad and in India.
Richa belongs to an academic family with her father having served as Information Commissioner of Uttarakhand in the past and currently a leading advocate in Uttarakhand High Court while her brother Rahul Kotiyal is a leading journalist.
