The general secretary of Congress whose extensive campaign led to her party’s victory in Himachal Pradesh earlier and now having won with absolute majority in Karnataka, Priyanka Gandhi today kick started the party’s campaign in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur giving a dashing speech accusing MP CM for making false promises in “stocks”, calling him “GHOSHNAVEER” under whose regime and stewardship more than 240 scams have allegedly taken place.
Exposing the inefficiency and rhetorics of the chief minister Gandhi family scion and Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi ridiculed that despite so much of so called populist announcements only 21 government jobs have been accorded during the last three years in Madhya Pradesh.
Ridiculing the BJP double engine governments of BJP – Priyanka Gandhi catagorically said that the saffron party governments have been literally betraying and befooling the electorates during elections given them false promises and thereafter never fulfilling them.
The people of Madhya Pradesh had been merely used by the saffron party governments with no concrete pro people result coming forward.
This is because of these rhetorics and false promises that the people of Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka have taught them a befitting lesson by ousting them overwhelmingly and giving the cudgels of power in the hands of Congress party said Priyanka Gamdhi in her address amit cheers and slogan shouting praising her.
Addressing a largely attended public meeting Priyanka Gandhi while accusing the BJP for being allegedly corrupt she said that the list of SCAMS DURING THE BJP RULE is longer that the abuses hurled against the prime minister as said by the later. Naming the various Ghotalass taking place during the BJP regime in Madhya Pradesh Priyanka mentioned the infamous Vyapam Scam, teachers appointment scam, police appointment scam, Corana Scam, Electricity department scam, E tender Scam and TV set distribution scam etc and said that since now the elections are nearing, the MP government has made announcement about giving concessions to women.
She asked if they were really honest and concerned to improve the lot of women community why had they not done the announcement earlier.
Urging and appealing the electorates of Madhya Pradesh to get rid of the anti people opportunistic government of MP and support the Congress party, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi made certain announcements saying that if it comes to power in MP it will give Rs. 1500 every month to each women, the rates of the gas cylinder will be decreased to Rs. 500, 100 units of electricity will be free and there will be half charge on 200 units electricity consumption. She also promised to restart the old pension scheme for government employees and total remittance of farmers loan old and new etc
