Prior to prime minister Narendra Modi’s visit Pakistan ISI handler arrested at Dehradun


A person with alleged links with ISI aided and abetted terrorist Shehzad Bhatti and ISI sending them important defence related secrets including photographs has been arrested by the Special Task Force of Dehradun police.
This arrest is important because it has been made three days before the visit of Prime minister Narendra Modi to Dehradun.
According to the latest information and police sources the person named Vikrant Kashyap aged 29 years was a sleeper cell member active in Dehradun and elsewhere for the ISI and terrorist Shehzad Bhatti as one of its important handlers.
During the indept interrogation by the Dehradun STF it has been revealed that he has been in regular contact with Al Badra Brigade terrorist organisation’s active member Shehzad Bhatti as well as ISI and was supplying important secret defence documents including photographs of defence establishments.
Acting on the specific inputs from their sources the STF has arrested the culprit Kashyap from Prem Nagar area of Dehradun on Thursday evening with .32 bore pistal seven live cartidges including a spray paint in his possession.
According to officials, Kashyap is accused of sharing locations and video footage of palatial government and military institutions in Dehradun with Pakistani handlers.
It is reported that Kashyap came into contact with the handlers through social media when he posted posts related to the late singer Sidhu Moosewala.
It may be recalled that the Dehradun Police under the stewardship of SDP Pramendra Dobal has already started an “Operation Prahar” and are actively vigilant to bring to book the wrongdoers and criminals in the state capital 24×7 especially before the visit of the prime minister on April 14.
