Police post incharge and entire staff of IDPL police post suspended for dereliction of duty
The SS P Dehradun Pramendra Dobal has categorically said that there should be no leniency or dereliction of duty in tackling the illegal activities in Dehradun and the top brass of the police have taken this very seriously.
Warning those negligent in this regard the SSP Mr. Pramendra Dobal said that maintaining law and order and dealing stringently with the illegal activities should be the basic motive of the police as we are answerable to the people at large.
Exhibiting the seriousness of his action and zero tolerance towards the illegal practices and activities in Rishikesh where a Gambling party was going on in a big hotel on Haridwar road Rishikesh , the SSP Pramendra Dobal has without wasting a single moment suspended the entire police force of IDPL police post sending a message across that in future they the leniency or dereliction of duty on the part of the police will not be tolerated at any cost.
The SSP after receiving the information of the gambling going on uninterruptedly in a Hotel has not only brought the culprits to book but has not spared the policemen on duty connected with the IDPL police station for negligence and leniency under whose jurisdiction this illegal act was going on.
After conducting a raid on the hotel on the instructions of the SSP all the gamblers and its organiser were caught and FIR registered against them.
Now the Dehradoon police under the stewardship of SSP Mr. Pramendra Dobhal has come into the proactive action mode and suspended the Police post in charge and the entire staff of IDPL Police Post for their negligence and leniency .
He warned that in future there won’t be any relaxation in taking action against the law breakers as well as the policemen showing leniency against the crime in the area.
This stringent action against the officer and the IDPL junior staff has sent across a very important message that those who won’t be serious in tackling the crime in their respective areas shall not be spared in future.
Meanwhile in the most sensitive dastardly murder case of the Gas Agency owner earlier on being asked about the nature of legal action being taken against his murderers including the mother of the deceased boy who was involved in her sons murder unfortunately, the SSP Dehradun Pramendra Dobal said that action is being taken to impose the Gangster Act against the deceased’s mother, Beena Sharma, her associate Vinod Uniyal, and well-known city doctor Dr Ajay Khanna for allegedly conspiring in the murder of gas agency owner Arjun Sharma, who was shot dead in broad daylight outside the Tibetan Market in Dehradun on February 11. All three accused have been lodged in Dehradun jail since the incident.”
“The shooter, Pankaj, had taken a contract of Rs 12 lakh to carry out the killing. To execute the plan, he involved his brother Rajeev alias Raju, and together they shot the businessman dead.”
