PM Narendra Modi, Uttarakhand CM Rawat, Rahul n Priyanka Gandhi pay tributes to Dr. Indira Hridayesh

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the demise of Dr. Indira Hridayesh.

PMO tweeted, “Dr. Indira Hridayesh Ji was at the forefront of several community service efforts. She made a mark as an effective legislator and also had rich administrative experience. Saddened by her demise. Condolences to her family and supporters. Om Shanti: PM @narendramodi”

The chief minister of Uttarakhand Tirath Singh Rawat while extending his heartfelt tributes tweeted that Dr. Indira Hridayesh was like a sister to me who had always raised issues of peoples’ interests in the assembly n was known to her since ages. I always acknowledged her affection and blessings as an elder sister. I was shocked to receive the most shocking news of the veteran leader and leader of opposition in the assembly Dr. Indira Hridayesh. I pray at the Almighty’s feet to render peace to the pious soul tweeted Uttarakhand CM in Hindi.

Congress Vice president n former chief of Congress party Rahul Gandhi while expressing his grief and deepest condolences tweeted : I have learn about the sad demise of Dr. Indira Hriyadesh who was strong n integral link of Congress party. She was fully dedicated till the end in service of the people and the Congress family. Her invaluable social and political contribution have been a source of inspiration for one n all.
