Kindly recall that in The similar case that occurred in a running Vasant Vihar bus in the same year few months, after this brutal gang rape cum murder all the four culprits, were hanged.
While appealing the mother of the Anamika of Najafgarh cautioned people to be aware of misunderstandings and misconceptions being spread by some mischevious elements adding that the family’s only aim is to seek justice from honourable Supreme Court of India and the powers that be and nothing else.
While, the entire nation is celebrating Holi today and also International Women’s Day, the traumatised mother n father Kunwar Singh Negi are appealing people to join them in their relentless struggle to seek justice for late KIRAN Negi.

It may be recalled that till now hundreds of protest demonstrations, candle marches, sit ins, n protest outside honourable Supreme Court precincts and Dwarka sessions Court had been held. In the year 2014 the Dwarka Sessions Court had delivered capital punishment to the three gang rape n murder culprits later on upheld by Delhi High Court but after eight years of case having been fought in apex Court the three culprits were acquitted in the month of November , 2022 inviting series of protests.
However, the honourable supreme Court has now admitted three review petitions with the CBI having assured of hearing the case in open courtroom. However, in one of it’s hearing via circulation in the CBI chamber last week not order has been issued with everyone keeping their fingers crossed. Meanwhile, here what is significant to note is that one if the culprits namely Vinod after being acquitted had allegedly killed an auto driver in Dwarka on 26 th January after looting him and us now in jail. The unity of UTTARAKHAND Samaj in their relentless struggle in late KIRAN Negi’s case had been phenomenal.
