OUTSTANDING OFFICER LALIT MOHAN NEGI n COMMANDMENT RAWAT ETC DECORATED WITH PRESTIGIOUS PRESIDENT’S MEDAL
THE outstanding Delhi police officer of the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police in Special Cell ( Crime) having solved many serious criminal cases Lalit Mohan Singh Negi has been selected for the. Prestigious President’s medal on the Republic Day, 26 th January, 2024.
Two other officers of outstanding calibre namely ACP Hridaya Bhushan of Delhi Police and Sub – Inspector ( FR) have been selected for the President’s medal.
From Home Guard and Civil Defence Commandment, NCT Delhi Mr. Dharmendar Singh Rawat and Smt. Rajni Shonik have been cleared for President’s medals with Deputy Commissioner of Police Manish Sharma, chosen for President’s Medal for meritorious police service.
Kindly recall that ACP special cell ( crime) Lalit Mohan Singh Negi, a highly experienced officer has to his credit resolving several serious crimes and killing criminals with extremely bad crime record including bringing to justice criminals involved in several cases like the one Moosewala murder suspects etc.
Lalit Mohan Negi , ACP has been popular as an encounter specialist with an exceptional good record as an officer with immense guts and determination and impeccable transparent background. He is credited for arresting the hardened criminals involved in the murder of Moosewala belonging to Lawrence Bishnoyi gang who had threatened the Bollywood star Salman Khan for killing the deer in Rajasthan during his stay in connection with the shooting of his film.
It may be recalled that even before this Lalit Mohan Singh Negi has been awarded many gallantry and other medals for his excellent services.
