ONE BIGHA LAND OWNED BY AN NRI IN US ILLEGALLY Captured BY FRAUDSTERS BY FORGING HIS LAND DOCUMENTS IN DEHRADUN
At Dehradun there have been several cases of frauds in land sale cases and forcibly as well as clandestinely capturing lands by making duplicate documents in league with the concerned authorities. One such case among several others have come to light which pertains to one Sunderlal Paliwal who is an American citizen living in foreign land for the last forty five years whose land measuring one Bigha have been captured illegally by making forged documents by one Saurabh Chouhan claiming himself to have bought this land in the name of Ganesh Paliwal.
This one Bigha of land was purchased by Mr. Paliwal thirty seven years ago at Jogiwala, Dehradun and when he came to his piece of land to claim its ownership he confronted a person namely Ganesh Paliwal to be the real owner of the land having forged his signatures in the power of attorney etc with four fraud signatures of persons from Nalapani as witnesses said Mr. Paliwal, the rightful owner of this land.
Addressing the press conference Mr. Paliwal narrated this story to the journalists saying that he want to highlight as to how the genuine lands of the owners are being fraudulently captured in Dehradun by fraudsters.
On meeting the DM he was assured that his matter will be resolved in three days but seven days have elapsed, and he is still running from pillar to post.
The actual owner of the land Mr.Paliwal said that the excuse given to him now is that since the president and prime ministers are visiting Dehradun on 9 th November, his case will be taken care after ninth November.
The sufferer, a senior citizen and rightful owner of one BIGHA of land at Jogiwala said that he fears that his life is in absolute danger as he can be physically harmed and even killed .
He should there be provided protection and his land be freed from the clutches of the fraudulent people who have forged the documents and claimed the ownership of his land.
