Non bailable warrant issued against Mukesh Bora for committing serious crime of alleged rape and under POSCO ACT

After the obnoxious rape with the Lal Quan woman and eve-teasing with her twelve year old daughter the court has issued a non bailable warrant against the Nainital Milk production Cooperative Federation chairman ( state minister rank ) Mukesh Bora who is absconding since the day of his committing the crime. Kindly recall that the resident of Kotwali Lal Quan the victim widow woman had given a complaint on 1 st September at Lalkuan police station. At the Lal Kuan police station a case has been registered against the chairman of Nainital Milk Production Federation under the sections 376 ( rape), 506 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita and the POSCO act. According to the complaint lodged the widow accused Mukesh Bora for raping her on the pretext to regularising her service. The culprit had called her to a Kathgodam hotel. When the police went to the hotel to confirm the allegation of the widow, the police found the entry by Mukesh Bora mentioning his and the widow’s name in the hotel’s register. The police took the statement of the victim widow under section 164 and after the further complaint of the woman about bad intention of Mukesh Bora towards her 12 year old daughter the police also registered the statement of the adolescent girl. When her daughter repeated the statement of her mother against Mukesh Bora the police registered the FIR under POSCO ACT which is non bailable. Fearing his arrest, the state minister rank holder chairman of Nainital Milk Federation went underground but unfortunately the police didn’t took much interest to find and arrest him. Fearing the reprimand from the court the police formed two teams but couldn’t succeed in nabbing the VIP culprit. On Monday the court took the serious note of the disappearance of Mukesh Bora after committing such a obnoxious crime and issued in bailable warrant against him. According to Nitin Lohani the SHO of Nainital looking after the additional charge of Kotwali Lal Quan – several teams have been constituted who are actively behind the absconder and assured that he will be arrested shortly.
