New Garhwali movie “KANDALI” to be launched on 9 th April at Constitution Club, Rafi Marg with much fan fare
After the recent box office hit Garhwali movie ” BAULYA KAKA “, and a Hindi blockbuster Raju Bajrangi – the writer and Director of yet a new Movie titled KANDALI , Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat and its producers Virendra Singh Patwal and VSM Air Vice Marshal ( Retired) Rajendra Bhandari are launching it at Deputy Speakers Hall in Constitution Club with much fanfare on 9 th April in the presence of its total star cast.
The Garhwali movie ” Kandali” the shooting of which will commence next month in the fabulous locations of Garhwal, Uttarakhand in serene, magnificent environment is a noble personification of the women of Uttarakhand as a well known plant “Kandali” which is helpful in the field of nutrition, medication and environment including dealing harshly with the notorious elements, if need be.
The launching of the film will take place on 9 th April at Constitution club at 3 PM with the entire crew and star cast including the director, producers to be present there.
The Director and scriptwriter of the movie Kandali Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat who has to his credit two movies , Raju Bajrangi in Hindi produced in 2015 and Boulya Kaka in Garhwali dialects released this year in all the cinema THEATRES of Garhwal, Delhi and NCR was highly appreciated by the audience with demands still coming from various states of the country where a sizeable population of Uttarakhand reside.
Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat has tremendous experience of film making in Mumbai ( Bollywood) and Southern film industry where he worked for several years, say more than four decades, having started his film career by acting in Jagwal Garhwali movie in 1983-84 and also assisting its director producer Parasher Gaur in the making of this first ever Garhwali movie.
The script of the new movie “Kandali” written and directed by Shiv Narayan Singh Rawat who is also a dextrous actor, primarily is a women centric movie with a girl named Kandali rising from a village life to an IPS woman officer dealing with several law breakers and reforms them with ecology and environment preservation its main subject, fighting with the tree cutters and glorifying the Uttarakhand police for its pro people centric and empowerment of women oriented actions and attitude.
The movie wil be ready for screening in the Uttarakhand and Delhi NCR theatres within the next six months, entertaining the wide spectrum of Uttarakhandi audience in Garhwal, Delhi, Punjab, Mumbai and NCR to the hilt. Kudos
