Nation loses two popular singers Sidhu Moosewala and K. K. in just three days. RIP
The nation has lost two popular iconic singers this week who carried behind them an infinite fan following. What is heart touching and shocking aspect of the untimely sudden sad demise of these two singing legends is that both departed from this earth for eternal homes at young ages. While, unfortunate high profile singer and rapper who went to Canada in 2016 having amassed enough wealth and popularity with a subscriber ship of 1.7 crores Sidhu Moosewala met a most diabolical end with 24 bullets pumped into him, Krishna Kumar Kunath, popular mesmerising emotional singer died at the age of 53 while performing in a live concert at Kolkata sending shock waves among their millions of his die hard fans not only in India but abroad as well.
What is most disheartening about the brutal death of Sidhu Moosewaala is that he met the most tragic end at the age of mere 28.
Krishnakumar Kunnath @ KK who gave Indian music lovers many hits over the last three decades has died at 53., He released his first album, Pal in 1999., The singer composer then focussed more on Bollywood than on his independent music, giving hits such as Tadap Tadap (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, 1999), Dus Bahane (Dus, 2005), and Tune Maari Entriyaan (Gunday, 2014)., He was born in Delhi and was also known for his electric live shows., His Instagram page had been sharing updates from his concert in Kolkata as recently as eight hours ago., The entire country is in the state of shock and trauma said Sunil Negi, journalist and Uday Goswami. K K’s last performance in Kolkata’s Nazarul Manch where he felt uneasy just after the performance, was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead. SUCH UNPREDICTABLE LIFE IS. Rest in Peace.
END OF AN ERA , indeed.
