NAME OF SUNITA KEJRIVAL, AATISHI MARLENA AND RAKHI BIDLAN UNDER ACTIVE DISCUSSION FOR CM’S POST. KEJRIVAL MAY PLAY DALIT CARD

The issue of nomination of the new chief minister of Delhi after the present CM Arvind Kejrival resigns has raised every eyebrow in political corridors of AAP, Congress and BJP including in the rank and file wondering as to who will be the next Delhi CM ? Though the matter is being discussed threadbare within AAP , the Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival seems to be in quandary as the previous instances of Champai Soren in Jharkhand and in Bihar when Nitish Kumar had named Jiten Majhi as next CM for some time thinking of playing dalit card and trusting the trusted one thinking that they will leave the chair when they stage a comeback , have resulted in backfire with both Champai Soren and Nitin Majhi finally revolting. However, the former Bihar CM Laloo Prasad Yadav have been intelligent enough to make his wife Rabri the state CM not relying on anyone. Actually in politics power corrupts and if given a bigger stature it makes the man over ambitious and in the case of Jharkhand and Bihar it has been proved crystal clear that those on whom Nitish and Soren had trusted and given their CM stature have later in revolted. Now, the question is will Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival go the Jharkhand and Bihar way when Soren and Nitish gave their posts in distress to their most trusted Lieutenants to see them revolting or take lessons from Lalu Yadav to transfer power to his educated wife Sunita Kejrival. According to political developments and reliable sources in AAP the hectic activities are on, to find an alternative leader for the post of chief minister with the names of former Deputy Commissioner Income Tax , IRS Sunita Kejrival, Atishi Marlena, Saurabh Bharadwaj, Gopal Rai and former Delhi’s deputy chief minister doing rounds though in case of Manish Sisodia, Kejrival has already catagorically declared that he and the former would not taking any position till they are re elected in Delhi elections securing the majority. According to various news reports Arvind Kejrival may likely to play on the Dalit card and choose the deputy speaker Rakhi Bidlan for this post to intelligently capture the dalit votes and gain the sympathy of the poor, backwards and the SC, ST belonging to the lowest ebb of the society especially after losing two important leaders within AAP, the former ministers Raj Kumar Anand and Rajendra Pal Gautam who had joined BJP and Congress. The minorities are already with Kejrival in good numbers. Arvind Kejrival thinks that if he gives the CM seat to his wife Sunita the BJP may start tirade against him for promoting dynastic politics and if he make anyone from the general seat there may be internal squabbles within hence it would be better to go for a Dalit choice that will accompany politically caste dividends. Moreover, the elections are also round the corner and Kejrival’s priority is to make votes of various sections of the society especially Dalit votes come in his fild after two important Dalit leaders having already left him joining BJP and Congress accusing him to be anti Dalit. Kindly recall that Rakhi Bidlan, MLA from Mangolpuri reserve constituency since 2013 and deputy speaker had been the minister for women and child development from Delhi and also contested from North West parliamentary constituency MP elections against BJP’s Udit Raj. Though she had lost from here but had secured very good number of votes. In 2013 on AAP ticket she had defeated the four term MLA from Congress and minister in Shiela Dikshit government becoming the Women and child development minister including social welfare. Bidlaan had been with Arvind Kejrival since the days of Anna movement against corruption and prior to that in Parivartan NGO that worked in JJ clusters of Delhi for a decade or so. Bidlaan lives in Mangolpuri and hails from a modest lower middle class family. She is just 37 years old having got a good break in politics and touching new heights at such a young age.
