New Delhi: While most schools in Delhi-NCR are shut for summer break, students at St. Stephens Cambridge School are busy honing their skills in athletics, music, and self-defence. These sessions are being conducted by Madam Aestina, Madam Sakshi, and Sanjeev Sir, all established names in their respective fields.

Brother Solomon George, the school manager, explained that the school aims to provide students with these training opportunities during the summer break as these students will not able to get enough time for these activities once the school is reopend.

A large number of students are participating in these sessions, which focus on building physical fitness, musical abilities, and self-confidence.

Located in Rai, on the Delhi-Sonipat border, St. Stephens Cambridge School caters to students from both Delhi and Sonipat.

Madam Sakshi highlighted the importance of self-defense training, stating that it empowers children to protect themselves in challenging situations and fosters self-belief. Music teacher Sanjeev shared that students are enthusiastically learning various instruments like Band, Violin, Guitar, Tabla, and Piano.

It’s worth noting that the school was established by the Delhi Brotherhood Society, the same organization responsible for establishing St. Stephen’s College in Delhi.
