Multi crore scam in purchase of land in Ayodhya. RS MP Sanjay Singh demands high level enquiry to punish the guilty
A major controversy has erupted on Sunday in the Ram Temple issue after the vocal Rajya Sabha member of parliament Sanjay Singh on Sunday criticised the Ram Mandir Bhumi Teerath Khetra Trust for an alleged massive scam of multi crore rupees in an alleged inexplicable transaction pertaining to purchase of land at an highly exorbitant price urging the prime minister to bring the true facts before the country by directing the premier investigation agency Central Bureau of Investigation as well as the Enforcement Directorate to conduct an impartial investigation in this vexed matter and imprison the scamsters for allegedly committing the fraud.
Vocal Rajya Sabha MP of Aam Admi Party Sanjay Singh speaking to media while making this startling revelation said that a massive scam has been committed in Ram Janmabhoomi Khetra Trust. He accused Champat Rai of the Ram Janmabhoomi Khetra Trust of allegedly purchasing the land worth Rs 2 crores in Rs 18.5 crores in just five minutes, which according to him is unambiguously a betrayal of billions of countrymen in the name of land purchased for Lord Rama’s temple in Ayodhya.
He also tweeted in this context. An ex minister Mr. Pandey has also criticised the Trust in this regard accusing it for committing a massive scam while buying the land at exorbitant rates which earlier was merely worth Rs 2 crores.
Vociferous Sanjay Singh RS, MP from AAP who tore the Farmers bill in Rajya Sabha opposing it outrightly several months ago, has in another tweet while emphatically demanding impartial enquiry into the scam to punish the guilty wrote in Hindi, annexing the copies of the sale n purchase documents with his tweet that read : Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari has at 7.10 PM purchased the land and after just five minutes Mr. Champat Rai of Ram Janmabhoomi Khetra Trust again purchased that land from both of them at Rs. 18.5 crores. In response the tweet of Sanjay Singh a retired IAS tweeted : Siphoned Rs 16 crores of Ram Temple. Oh today is Sunday, why would Media get ( Phursat) time, today. If anyone will write in social media, court case will be registered against him, Jai Shri, Ram tweeted retired IAS officer Surya Pratap Singh.
Another twittereti Rohini Singh retweeted Sanjay Singh’s tweet with her comment : These are very serious allegations. The Trust must explain, why this inexplicable transaction happened.
Kindly recall that Rajya Sabha MP hailing from San Admi Party Sanjay Singh on Sunday addressed a press conference accusing Champat Rai of the Ram Janma Bhumi Teerath Khetra Trust of committing a massive scam of arbitrarily purchasing a land for Rs 18.5 crores just five minutes after, from Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari who’d purchased it five minutes earlier for merely Rs. 2 crores thus committing a grave scam.
Addressing the press conference being telecast in various news channels Sanjay Singh catagorically stated that Ayodhya’s land with numbers 243, 244 n 246 costing Rs. 5 crores 80 Lakhs officially, was bought by Tiwari n Ansari for Rs. Two crores n sold to Champat Rai of Nyas in Rs 18.5 crores. Even the dubious role of Ayodhya mayor is under suspicion as he too is the signatory in the documents.
