The Bhartiya Janata Party led National Democratic Alliance government has called a, special session of the parliament from 18 to 22 September. There is speculation that the government may bring some important bills to be ratified by both the houses of parliament. Though there is no confirmation as to which bills are being brought in this special session but according to reliable sources bills pertaining to one nation one election, Uniform Civil Code and a bill on long awaited thirty three percent reservation to women who are considered to be “Aadi ABAADI”, can be brought for being ratified by both houses of parliament. Since the government is in majority in Lok Sabha and some regional parties supporting it as done in the case of the Delhi Service Bill taking away all the bureaucratic powers from the Delhi government, all these three bills if introduced in this session will be easily passed without any problem. There are also reports that this may also be the last session of the 17 th parliament in view of the fast approaching general elections. Though the situation is not absolutely clear as to when exactly the general elections will take place but sources reveal that there are also chances of the elections of five states likely to take place with the general elections. There is also a possibility of general elections taking place earlier. But these are mere speculations and nothing is confirmed. However, the twenty eight opposition parties have become active going for the third successful I.N.D.I.A.CONCLAVE in Mumbai with all leaders having thronged there in good numbers. This enthusiasm and unanimity among opposition parties and two foreign news papers The Guardian and The Financial Times publishing news reports connecting PM with Adani and his company investing in its own shares abroad wrongfully etc has undoubtedly worried the ruling political dispensation reveal sources with another massive scam in the offing.
