A very sad news is coming from Sector 13, Dwarka’s Shapath Society where three family members jumped from the top floor house after the massive fire engulfed their building’s top floor. In order to come out of asphyxiation and massive fire the thirty five year old father and two children, boy and girl desperately jumped from the third floor being brutally killed. This incident has sent shock waves all around. The wife of the deceased husband Mr. Yadav and an elder son survived anyhow though injured have been ferried to IGI hospital for immediate medical treatment. According to the news reports the entire residents of the society have been evaluated from their respective houses and all the gas and electricity connections switched off to avoid any future tragedy. The fire that erupted at 9.38 AM on the right ninth storey took a massive shape due to winds etc with flames erupting out with no sign of the fire coming under control except when fire service departments were informed including the DDA and MCD. Several fire tenders arrived at the scene and started fixing the tall staircase in order to reach the ninth floor to douse the fire. The deceased father was in the business of flex board. There is panic all around in the entire society after this massive fire which has been dosed after several hours by the best efforts of the fire service department.
