MANISH SISODIA BECOMES EMOTIONAL WHILE PARTING HIS AILING WIFE TO GO TO TIHAR Prisons !
The former Deputy Chief Minister of NCT of Delhi who was accorded relief for six hours by the Delhi Court to meet his ailing wife is again back to Tihar prison where he is in judicial custody as under trial since February 2023 in connection with the new excise policy and alleged taking of bribes etc. The bail of Manish Sisodia was rejected by a two judge bench of Supreme Court recently. After returning back home to meet his ailing wife for six hours from 10 AM today Manish Sisodia didn’t meet the media men stationed outside his house in the morning as well as in the evening as he was forbidden to meet any journalist or politician. Former deputy CM participated in a Puja ritual at his house and was closeted with his ailing wife for majority of the time. While leaving his wife for Tihar prisons, Manish Sisodia became extremely emotional with tears pouring down from the eyes of both husband and wife. The picture of former deputy CM bracing his wife in tears was posted by Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejrival on the social media platform X writing : This picture is extremely painful. A person who has given a ray of hope to the children of the country, is such injustice with that man right tweeted Arvind Kejrival.
On the day of Deepawali festival Arvind Kejrival and his wife visited the families of Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh and former deputy CM Manish Sisodia meeting their wives and conveying their wishes on Deepawali.
Writing on X posting the pictures of their meetings with the wives of Sanjay Singh and Sisodia Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival said – today we went to the house of Sanjay Singh Ji and Manish Sisodia ji and exchanged pleasantries on the day of Deepawali festival. Let the days be of immense challenges and difficulties but we all are one and our families together. We all are fighting the war of truth and one day we will surely be victorious wrote Delhi CM on X.
