Main accused Sanjay Roy captured in CCTV footage entering Hospital on August 9 and polygraph test conducted on him including the RG Kar principal and 5 other co accused
The Central Bureau of Investigation has till now incessantly grilled the former principal of RK Dar Medical College hospital for the ninth consecutive day and has captured the CCTV footage exhibiting the prime ACCUSED of the obnoxious rape and brutal killing of the 31 year old intern , Sanjay Roy entering the hospital on 9 th August the day this brutal crime was committed that had shaken the entire West Bengal and the nation.
After the indepth investigation in this case, the CBI came to know through a friend of Sanjay Roy that he was a habitual offender including a drinker and also used to physically thrash his wife daily.
While entering the hospital on 9 th August a blue tooth earphones were also found coiled around his neck which were lateron found by the police at the crime scene, the seminar Hall of R. G. Kar Medical College hospital where the body of the woman was also found.
The CBI and the police interrogating the culprits have also shown the CCTV footage to the culprit showing him entering the crime scene at 1.03 AM on 9 th August with earphones coiled around his neck and the culprit Sanjay Roy admitting to have committed the crime with credible evidence , the ear phones found on the crime scene.
The Sealdah Court has on Friday remanded the main culprit Sanjay Roy to 14 days custody. The main accused Sanjay Roy will remain in judicial custody till 6 th September under the supervision and monitoring of the Central Bureau of Investigation.
Meanwhile according to the latest reports the polygraph tess of the main accused Sanjay Roy, the former principal of RG Kar Medical College and hospital Sandip Ghosh a the five other co accused are in progress in Kolkata.
The polygraph test of the main accused Sanjay Roy is being conducted in the jail where he is in judicial custody till 6 th September while the lie detector tests of Sandip Ghosh Principal and other five accused are being conducted by the CFSL on the instruction of the CBI .
meanwhile, the RG Medical College and Hospital has been handed over to CISF which has been deputed their in large number for the safety of the hoteliers, doctors and nurses etc. who are gradually returning back to their hostels.
Meanwhile, the Dharna of the protesting doctors etc is still continuing in the hospital premises.
Yesterday the Bhartiya Janata Party has organised a massive protest in Kolkata demanding the resignation of the West Bengal CM Mamata Bannerjee with TMC saying that there should be no politics on this issue.
