The election of Delhi Bar Association is being held on 28 th September. A leading advocate of Delhi High Court quite popular in Uttarakhand circles as well for being socially active namely Sandeep Sharma is contesting for the post of honorary secretary and is acknowledging quite a good response.
Hari Haran a senior advocate and Ramesh Gupta senior criminal lawyer and quite popular in professional and socio political circles are contesting for the post of President.
Originally hailing from Rudraprayag leading advocate Sandeep Sharma (Darmora)’s office is in Defence colony. His father Mr. Darmoda was also a reputed advocate. Advocate Sandeep Sharma also runs a social welfare organisation Darmora Foundation helping people in distress especially women of the society n Uttarakhand and various social organisations from time to time. Several social organisations and advocates have appealed for voting in his favour on 28 th September’s Bar Association election in New Delhi for Secretary’s post. Meanwhile his well wishers and advocates in Delhi organised a get together to wish him good luck appealing the Delhi Bar Association members to vote for him.
