The controversy pertaining to Swati Maliwal, Rajya Sabha MP doesn’t seem to subside down as she has today filed her complaint and subsequent FIR registered in Civil Lines police station against the PS to Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival , Biplab Kumar under several sections such as IPC 354, 506, 509, and 323. The FIR unambiguously reveals that as per the statement of the former Delhi Commission for Women chairperson and RS, MP Swati Maliwal she was slapped and hit by Bibhav Kumar on her abdomen and pelvis several times leading to acute pain compelling her to call the police on 112 and also going to police station later on. Ms Maliwal was allegedly attacked on last Monday when she had gone to Delhi CMs residence at Civil Lines to meet him. Meanwhile, today a latest video from a CCTV footage believed to be of the later part of the incident has been released going viral in media and social media. In this video Swati Maliwal is furious and sitting on a Sofa at CM’s waiting room where all the VIPs n other visitors meet him. The video shows a security personal with another staff standing nearby repeatedly requesting her to kindly sit outside. But furious Maliwal refusing to go out saying that if they dare to touch her she will eat his job. She adds that she has called the police on 112 and let the police come. The security guard requests Maliwal saying the police will speak to her outside, please sit in that room. She shouts at the guard : tumhari naukri kha jaaoongi”. The PS to Arvind Kejrival Biplab is not seen anywhere in this video. As far as this video is concerned there is no scene of any physical assault etc. Pointing towards someone without naming him Swati Maliwal posted on her social media handle X after the new video appearing in social media and tv channels : Like every time, this time also this political hitman has started efforts to save himself. By getting his people to tweet and playing videos without any context, he thinks he can save himself by committing this crime. Who makes a video of someone being beaten up? The truth will be revealed to everyone as soon as the CCTV footage of the house and the room is checked. Fall to whatever level you can, God is watching everything. One day everyone’s truth will come out in front of the world. Keeping in view this development it seems that now the AAP MP and the party seems to have come on a collision course with even Priyanka Gandhi Vadra , the Congress general secretary saying that she is always in favour of oppressed women.
Both AAP and Congress are fighting the Delhi parliamentary elections in alliance as both are an important ingredients of I.N.D.I.A CONGLOMERATE jointly fighting the BJP at the hustings.
Kejrival is campaigning in Delhi in favour of Congress and AAP candidates these days after being released on 21 days interim bail till 1st June. A senior journalist n former president of Press Club of India Umakant Lakhera on X wrote : Differences of opinion in party politics are common. During elections, such differences have often been seen leading to physical violence. In a nutshell, Maliwal’s case has exposed the internal conflict of AAP. There is no doubt that the woman was molested, but a case of molestation or sexual assault cannot be made without proof.
