Lakhs of people attend Congress rally in poll bound Telangana state addressed by Sonia and Rahul claim Congress !

The Congress rally in the poll bound state Telangana addressed by Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge etc was a grand success with lakhs of people in attendance and the Congress leaders claiming that there were ten lakhs people having thronged the venue in unaccounted numbers to hear their leaders. The Congress leader and Waynad MP Rahul Gandhi while addressing the massive rally announced six guarantees for Telangana : 1. Mahalakshmi: ₹2,500 / month for women LPG Cylinders for ₹500 Free bus travel from women in TSRTC 2. Rythu Bharosa every year: ₹15,000 for land owners & tenants ₹12,000 for agri labours ₹500 / quintal for paddy crop 3. Gruha Jyothi Guarantee: 200 units free electricity for all households 4. Indiramma Indlu: House site and ₹ 5 lakh for people not having own house. 250 sq yards plot for all Telangana movement fighters 5. Yuva Vikasam: Vidya Bharosa Card worth ₹ 5 lakh for students. Telangana International Schools in every mandal. 6. Cheyutha: ₹4000 monthly pension ₹ 10 lakh Rajiv Arogyasri insurance.

The former Congress president and chairperson of UPA advisory Council Sonia Gandhi looked extremely confident and assuring looking at the huge crowd cheering at her and literally sounding a poll bugle in Telangana’s Ranga Reddy.

Addressing a massive rally the former Congress president announced six poll promises and exuded confidence in winning the Southern state.

Sonia Gandhi expressed confidence that not only will Congress win Telangana and form its government but will transparently serve the people of all sections of the state wholeheartedly. The Congress party especially INDIA bloc seems to be highly optimistic on watching this massive crowd in Telangana’s rally hoping that it will have a very positive impact in other states as well thus posing a strong challenge for the ruling party in 2024 general elections .
