The Congress heavyweight , considered to be the third son of late prime minister Indira Gandhi, Sanjay Gandhi’s adorable protege, close to late PM Rajiv Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi , Rahul and Priyanka and former union minister several times including the former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath may join the one time a most enemy party Bharatiya Janata Party with his Chindwara MP son Nakulnath and several of Congress MLAs.
This is the buzz since yesterday. Moreover, after Kamalnath’s arriving in New Delhi with his son Nakulnath and few MLAs it has further made things more unambiguous that the speculations may finally become a reality, for sure. Moreover, after Kamalnath has added his picture with a yellow shawl on the DP of his X and his son too doing so, it has now become absolutely clear that both the father, son due are waiting for the right moment very curious to join the saffron party, following the footsteps of his junior Jyotiraditya Scindia.
If we believe in the latest news the former Madhya Pradesh is badly annoyed for not giving him the Rajya Sabha seat this time and the party high command holding him directly responsible for the drubbing faced by Congress in the state elections.
According to the Mayor of Chindwara Vikram Ahake, from where Kamalnath had been the elected the MP for nine terms and his son the sitting MP this time , Kamalnath is annoyed with the Congress high command because he had been sidelined this time and not given the Rajya Sabha ticket.
In addition, there had been several raids on his family members and close relatives by Income tax and ED and cases are still going on.
There seems to be a pukka possibility of former Chindwara MP and former CM joining BJP despite the hard fact that he hasn’t been called by prime minister Narendra Modi or union minister Amit Shah till yet.
May be, he is waiting for their calls. It is believed that Kamalnath’s son Nakulnath , several lawmakers from Chindwara and Congress leaders including former ministers’ are pressurizing him to join BJP for not only better future political prospects but also for the development of Chindwara constituency. Moreover there had been no denials from Kamalnath, rather he had said to the media that he will be the first to inform them about his joining the saffron party as a first person if it happens so.
Kindly recall that recently the former CM of Maharashtra, a Congress heavy weight involved in a corruption case has been admitted in BJP and made the Rajya Sabha member.Similarly speculations are rife over senior advocate and Congress leaders, MP from Anandpur Sahib is also happy hobnobbing with saffron party leaders and may join BJP, though there is no official confirmation from Mr.Tiwari.
