JUBIN NAUTIYAL TO BE THE STAR ATTRACTION OF GHS CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS

New Delhi. ‘Garhwal Hitaishini Sabha’, which is celebrating the centenary of its establishment, organized a press conference today in the auditorium located on Panchkuiya Road. Gave information about the organization’s centenary year festival ‘Virasat’.

During this period, apart from grand cultural programmes, famous singer Jubin Nautiyal, the pride of Uttarakhand, will also perform on the stage. Five personalities and five institutions of Uttarakhand will be honoured in the program. Along with this, 5 regional films which have gained good popularity will also be honored. The Chairman of the Sabha said that the purpose of this festival is to pay homage to the ancestors and save the heritage of Uttarakhand on the occasion of completion of 100 years of the organization.

The chief guest of the festival will be Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. Apart from this, former Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat, former Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Bansal and Tehri BJP MLA Kishore Upadhyay will also participate in the festival. Along with these, Narendra Singh Negi, Rekha Dhasmana Uniyal, Kalpana Chauhan, Resham Shah, Gajendra Rana and Rohit Chauhan, who have brought laurels to Uttarakhand, will also grace the festival.

Treasurer of the Sabha, Anil Kumar Pant and executive member Azad Singh Negi, present in the press conference, said that Garhwal Hitaishini Sabha has been continuously doing social welfare work for the last 100 years, which includes helping poor girls in marriage, rural education and personality development. And rural health campaigns are also included. On this occasion, prominent members of the organization like Deepak Dwivedi, Roop Chand, Murari Lal Khanduri etc. were present.
