JOINT ARMY, INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES AND J& K POLICE OPERATION FOILS TERRORISTS’ Attempt TO ENTER J & K IN ANANTNAG, KILLING 3 Terrorists
The Indian security forces have today foiled a pre strategic attempt of the Pakistan trained terrorists trying to sneak on Indian side at Baramullah in which three terrorists were killed and two dead bodies retrieved. The successful operation of the security forces of Indian Army was carried out in concurrence with the Intelligence agencies and Kashmir Police in the Hathlanga forward region within the Uri sector of North Kashmir. According to an information on X, earlier Twitter the Chinar Corps, Indian Army, in a joint operation launched by Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir police and intelligence agencies an infiltration attempt was foiled in the morning hours along the LOC in Uri Sector # Baramulla. Three terrorists tried to infiltrate who were engaged by the alert troops. Two terrorists have been eliminated and their bodies recovered, third terrorist killed but retrieval of the body being interfered by firing by Pakistan’s post in the vicinity, on the Line of Control, operation in progress tweeted OP Khanda on behalf of Chinar corps, Indian Army.
Meanwhile, the India Army, the Lt General Upendra Dwivedi, # R my Commander, Northern Command reviewed the operational situation on the ongoing operations at# Kokernag forest area in # Anantnag. He was briefed by the ground commanders on the High intensity operations in which Hi-tech Equipment in being used for surveillance and delivery of firepower along with the high impact of precision fire being used by the forces revealed the tweet from OP Carol on behalf of Indian Army.
According to OP Khanda of Chinar Corps Indian Army during the joint operation of Indian Army, Jammu & Kashmir Police and intelligence agencies while three terrorists were eliminated by the vigilant Army and police troopers who exhibited tremendous courage they also recovered 2 AK RIFLES, ONE PISTOL, seven hand grenades one x IEDs and other war like stores including Pakistan currency notes .
After these recoveries including dead bodies of the terrorists, the operation came to an end according to Mr Khanda. While the operation has come to halt the identities of the slained terrorists is being ascertained.
