The important constituent of India National Developmental Inclusive Alliance Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and its chief minister from the state Hemant Soren is in real mess to be interrogated today by the Enforcement Directorate and possibly arrested reveal the latest news reports. It may be recalled that the Jharkhand Chief minister was on the run for the last forty hours having reached his Ranchi house yesterday evening where he held meeting with the party MLAs in which it was unanimously decided that in the event of his alleged arrest after interrogation today, his wife Kalpana Soren will the chief minister of the state , reminiscence of Rabri Devi becoming the Bihar CM when the then chief minister Laloo Prasad Yadav was arrested in fodder scam in the year 1997 and had to resign, However there is a ( legal) technical glitch in her ( Kalpana Soren) becoming the Jharkhand CM since the state elections are due for November. According to the Constitutional norms, the by polls are not held if the elections of any state or centre are due in a year’s time. Since the wife of Hemant Soren is not an MLA if she is made the CM she can’t contest the election as per the constitutional provisions because the Jharkhand elections are being held in a year and legally she can’t contest to become MLA. It is believed that if such a hiccup really arises someone else, most trusted would take over. It may be recalled that the Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren is involved in a money laundering case pertaining to a previous 600 crore land scam in which vast tract of government land was allegedly sold to builders etc after changing its government Ownership . About 14 officials including an IAS had been arrested in this massive land racket.
In Delhi a day before yesterday a house located in South Delhi’s posh area Shanti Niketan owned by Soren, raids were conducted and objectionable documents pertaining to two MBWs and Rs 36 lakhs in cash was recovered. The chief minister was not in the house st the time of the raid who appeared in his Ranch house the other day.
This is in a way a huge jolt to INDIA, especially after Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar leaving it and joining the BJP led NDA camp to utter surprise and shock of INDI ALLIANCE PARTNERS.
