Jawahar Bal Manch will produce future leaders. Patron membership campaign commenced
New Delhi, 18 December
The patron membership campaign of Jawahar Bal Manch commenced on Saturday. The General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee K. C. Venugopal, Karur MP Jyotimani and national chairman of Jawahar Bal Manch Dr. G. V.Hari were present while the membership drive commenced. On this occasion the General Secretary of the organization K.C. Venugopal said that Jawahar Bal Manch will work prepare future leaders to shape the destiny of the nation. Childrens are the future of the country whose role in the nation building is of paramount importance in order to give new direction to the country said Congress general secretary K. C. Venu Gopal. He stressed the need to expand and strengthen Jawahar Bal Manch at the pan India level.
MP Jyoti Mani who is associated with Jawahar Bal Manch since 2012 said that Ramya Haridas, the young MP in Lok Sabha, is the gift of Jawahar Bal Manch.
He expressed confidence that in the coming times, Jawahar Bal Manch would work to give more such leaders to the country who would significantly contribute giving new direction to the country, especially explaining the importance of secularism among children so that the basic spirit of the Constitution is protected and disseminated on a wide scale nationally.
Lauding Jawahar Bal Manch for having its deep roots in Kerala K. C Venugopal said it will further spread in other parts of the country to inculcate the ideals of father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi amongst the masses. He criticized the attempts to gradually wipe these iconic figures from the history terming it a deliberate conspiratorial attempt to remove these historical personalities from the pages of history. He hoped that Jawahar Bal Manch will work to protect them.
National chairman of Jawahar Bal Manch Dr. G. V. Hari said that on the instructions of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, a new department of the All India Congress Committee has been formed 2 months ago. He added that we will create an active organization in whole of India which will be working for 7 years to 18 years aged childrens. The main motto of this organization would be that the future of the nation is in the hands of children who should be encouraged and trained with beat of country songs and without discrimination of any kind, whether physical, mental, or emotional, among the myriad colors of life available to them thus inspiring them to become worthy citizens n future leaders of the country.
