New Delhi, 26 August 2021:
The Indian Youth Congress activists under the leadership of National President Srinivas BV protested in front of Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi against the new policy of the BJP led NDA government ‘National Monetization Pipeline’ and courted arrests holding play cards and huge banners mentioning ” Rail Bechna Band Karo”, Stop privatisation amid slogans denouncing the BJP led NDA government against disinvestment and incessant privatisation.
In the name of National Monetization Scheme, National Mitigation Scheme is being imposed, national wealth is being handed over to friends. Mitrikaran scheme of Modi government is extremely harmful for the nation said the IYC President Srinivas while addressing the Youth Congress activists.
Criticizing the present ruling party for incessant disinvestment selling autonomous n public undertakings under the MIS, the Indian Youth Congress chief Srinivas BV said that those who had vowed that not to let the country be sold, are today selling everything to ultra rich one by one under the National Mitigation Scheme .
He added that, roads, rail, airport, electricity, gas, petrol, mine, stadium, warehouse, insurance sector etc are allegedly being sold thus giving an impression of working to establish monopoly of 2 or 3 industrialists. He said that everything that the country has built in the last 70 years during the Congress led governments are being sold to few industrialists. He accused the present government of keeping the interests of the countrymen at bay, with the sole purpose of allegedly doing good for itself and its chosen few corporate houses.
Speaking against the rampant privatisation the Indian Youth Congress chief Srinivas BV also said that the the BJP led NDA government is betraying the country in the race to privatize it. Barring few industrialist friends, it has betrayed everyone by belying the hopes and aspirations of countrymen. These people are pushing the country into the quagmire of ruin by showing the dream of good days, thus eliminating long term gains for short term gains.
According to the Youth Congress chief the sell policy of the ruling party government will prove to be harmful for the country. Srinivas BV also said that by selling the properties of the ancestors of the country it amounts to the anti-people thinking of BJP becoming burden on the country which needs to be removed as soon as possible – to save the nation added IYC chief.
