Indian Cricket team dedicates its victory to the Martyrs of Pahalgam attack say S. K.Yadav, Indian team captain.

The controversy regarding handshake after the India Pakistan match the BCCU has finally broken its silence. It may be recalled that the Pakistan Control Board has complained to the International Cricket Council that the Indian team after its victory has not shaken hands with Pakistan team’d victory. Now the BCCI’s senior officer has come out against Pakistan’s complaint to ICC saying that they are not bound by law to shake hands by its a step raised towards the spirit of the game said the officer. Meanwhile the Indian cricket Team captain has also come out with his statement on X standing in full solidarity with the bereaved families of those martyred during the brutal Pahalgam attacked by Pakistan aided terrorists. He wrote on X endorsed by the BCCI that we stand by the victims of the families of Pahalgam terror attack. We express our solidarity. We want to dedicate today’s win to all our Armed Forces who showed a lot of bravery. Hope they continue to inspire us all and we give them more reasons on the ground whenever we get an opportunity to make them smile said Indian captain Surya Kumar Yadav.
It may be recalled that in the Asia Cup 2025 India defeated Pakistan by seven wickets. After the victory the Indian players didn’t shook hands with the Pakistan players which infuriated the PCB who complained to the ICC about this development.
