Illegal arms factory manufacturing Local Pistols ( Kattas) unearthed at Roorkee. Owner arrested

It’s highly worrisome to note that in some parts of Uttarakhand the illegal fire arms are being manufactured which might be sold outside and inside the state to the hardened criminals thus vitiating the otherwise peaceful environment of the Devbhoomi known as the land of abode of Gods.
The increasing environment of deteriorating law and order situation in the state vindicates the fact that even illegal firearms factories are adding to this trend which needs to be strongly countered. The local goins or criminals hardly can get pistols as it’s tremendously do difficult to seek licences due to their bad track records hence they give for the local unlicended pistols called “Desi Katta” thus spoiling the states law and order environment.
A startling shocking revelation about a KATTA MAJUFACTUNG FACTORY HAS come to light in Roorkee , Uttarakhand which is the gateway to Dehradun and Garhwal but the proactive and alert police department of Haridwar and Roorkee have proved successful to locate it and nabbed the culprits.
But the question arises how was it operating since the previous period and why is it that the police and local intelligence unit couldn’t locate it earlier. Anyways better laten never. The vigilant police deserve to be cubgrstuksted for this proactive action.
