I will implement Uniform Civil Code in Uttarakhand, reiterates 12th CM of Uttarakhand – Pushkar Singh Dhami, apart from other poll promises
After being elected the leader of BJP legislature party to be sworn in a the 12th CM of Uttarakhand one of the youngest CMs, Pushkar Singh Dhami has catagorically reiterated his commitment during election campaigning to implement Uniform Civil Code in Uttarakhand apart from all other promises made by him, including speedy implementation of his pre poll announcements, number more than 500 while speaking to media. Thanking the BJP leadership for entrusting an important responsibility on him by elevating him to the highest office of Uttarakhand, a son of an ex serviceman and a village pal, Pushkar Singh Dhami my every moment and life will be dedicated for the development of the state ensuring that my government delivers an extremely transparent administration , coming true to the expectation of the people who have reposed faith on us in order to make Uttarakhand an ideal state of next decade. Reiterating his determination and dedication for the overall development of the state benefitting the last inhabitant of Uttarakhand’s village Dhami said that as promised during elections he will implement the uniform civil code in the state in the near future. The chief minister today visited the Uttarakhand Shahid sthal at Dehradun and paid his heartfelt tributes by bowing down in front of the statues of the sacrificed movement activists and garlended them. He assured that his government will work hard and sincerely to develop the state of their dreams coming true to their expectations. He also expressed his happiness over presentation of prestigious Padmavibhushan posthumously to general Bipin Rawat as well as Padmashri to Hockey player of paralympics Vandana, hailing from Uttarakhand.
