I.N.D.I.A. is a pack of family promoters and scamsters, an old bottle with new wine. We have been accorded mandate to implement UCC asserts Ukhand CM Dhami.
While Uttarakhand was confronting natural tragedies with five persons dying in Chamba landslide due to asphyxiation and several pilgrims in the state succumbing to a serious accident at Gangotri national highway at Gangnani when a bus fell in a deep gorge claiming 7 lives including 28 injured, the Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was busy meeting the central ministers and industrialists in Delhi for a global investors summit to be held in Uttarakhand in the near future to generate investments worth Rs. 1.5 lakh crores or even more. Speaking to the Asian News Agency (ANI) Pod Cast in a detailed interview, the chief minister was very clear in his views on Uniform Civil Code being implemented in Uttarakhand shortly as in his view it is the unanimous choice and mandate of the majority of the people of Uttarakhand after election that they moved forward to make this dream come true, the result of which will be implemented in the state shortly. Uttarakhand chief minister said that prior to the previous assembly election in 2022 the state BJP leadership had publicly assured the people of Uttarakhand to implement the Uniform Civil Code and the massive majority acknowledged by BJP in the himalayan state is a clear indication that the mandate was primarily accorded to the saffron party to formally implement the UCC and we are doing it dutifully to accord uniform rights to all the people of the state said Pushkar Singh Dhami. On a complex question of whether Uttarakhand is being made the model state of Hindu Rashtra and against “Dharmantran” by ANI, Uttarakhand CM said that there is not a single example of harassing or victimizing the people of other communities in the state but as far as the question of religious conversion is concerned we are fully committed as a political party to ensure that the character of Uttarakhand as Devbhoomi will not be allowed to be tempered with any cost. On the question of BJP facing any challenge from the new opposition formation called INDIA, the chief minister smilingly replied that this is nothing new in it , it’s the same old UPA of the dynasts, opportunists, individuals and ghotalebaaj ( the scamsters) and nothing else. There is nothing new in it. Everyone is busy nursing their own political ambitions. There are lots of bridegrooms in it but no baaraties. Conclusively I.N.D.I.A is the same old bottle but the whisky has been changed, ( Vahi Purani Botal lekin sharab nayi) said the chief minister of Uttarakhand ridiculing this new Conglomeration. All the political leaders of INDIA have not come to any unanimity to decide as to who will be the ” BRIDEGROOM”, of this formation as their primary purpose is to promote their families and individual vested interests said the chief minister. The detailed interview will be followed.
