Harish Rawat held a tea discussion on “Uttarakhand cuisine and products” at the Delhi Press Club.

Delhi. Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Harish Rawat held a “Chai Par Charcha” event at the Press Club in New Delhi today.
The objective of this programme was to promote the traditional cuisine, agricultural products, fruits and local enterprises of Uttarakhand.

Speaking at the event, Shri Rawat said that the taste, culture and traditions embedded in the soil of Uttarakhand are the true identity of the country, which needs to be promoted at the national and international level.
He said that the entrepreneurs and producers of the state can make a name for themselves across the country through their hard work and quality, they just need a proper platform and support.
On this occasion, many entrepreneurs and social workers active in preparing and promoting Uttarakhand dishes were present.
Everyone shared their views and said that collective efforts are necessary to get the traditional cuisine and agricultural products of Uttarakhand recognized in other parts of the country.
Mr. Haripal Rawat was also present at the event. He shared his thoughts on the state’s food and traditional cuisine, saying that Uttarakhand’s taste and culture are an integral part of the nation’s identity.
He also said that promoting local products will not only increase employment opportunities but will also provide a strong base to the state’s economy.
Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat praised all the entrepreneurs, chefs and social workers present and said that such events will play an important role in promoting the culture, taste and tradition of Uttarakhand.
He expressed confidence that in the near future, the cuisine and products of Uttarakhand will establish their distinct identity on the national stage.
