Harish Rawat blames Capt. Amarinder Singh for his wrong statement of his insult by Congress. Says is working under some pressure. Should stand with Sonia Gandhi

The Congress general secretary, incharge Punjab Congress, Harish Rawat is likely to be changed as Punjab Congress affairs incharge and observer, reveal some reports with Rahul Gandhi’s close leader Harish Chowdhary from Rajasthan likely to be appointed the new Punjab affairs in charge.

Harish Choudhary is believed to have played a significant role patching up between the new Punjab CM Charanjeet Singh Channi and Navjyot Singh Sidhu making Rahul Gandhi aware of each and every development.

Moreover, former chief minister of Uttarakhand and currently the Uttarakhand campaign committee chairman Harish Rawat wants to concentrate in Uttarakhand in view of the state elections round the corner to be held in February, 2022.

It may be recalled that Harish Rawat is extremely busy in resolving the ongoing Punjab crisis, shuttling between Uttarakhand and Punjab very often despite being 73 years old and stuck up in Punjab crisis as well as Uttarakhand parivartan Yatra and other political developments.

He is also proactive in social media, posting developments of Punjab as well as Uttarakhand including countering the charges of BJP as well.

Meanwhile, on Friday Harish Rawat who is in Chandigarh along with Harish Chowdhary a close Lieutenant of Rahul Gandhi has criticized captain Amarinder Singh for his statement regarding being insulted by state Congress.

Rawat said there are no truths in the reports that former Punjab CM Amrinder Singh was insulted. It looks as if he is speaking against Congress under some pressure obviously indicating towards BJP senior leaders. He added that the captain should give a rethink and not try to help the BJP directly or indirectly. He should rather stand strongly with Congress president Sonia Gandhi said Harish Rawat.

Contradicting the statement of captain Amrinder Singh Harish Rawat catagorically said that the legislature party was convened with everyone’s consent and the former CM was invited in it. But he did not come. Whatever, the Congress party n it’s leaders did, it was to give respect to captain Amarinder Singh and for the prospects of Congress party in 2022 assembly elections said Harish Rawat.

Meanwhile, the meeting between the Punjab chief minister Charanjeet Singh Channi and Navjyot Singh Sidhu in Chandigarh were quite successful arriving at a unanimous decision to form a coordination panel to decide regarding any decision to be taken by the Punjab government.

The coordination panel would comprise of the CM, Navjyot Singh Sidhu and Harish Rawat etc.

A decision has also been taken unanimously that Navjyot Singh Sidhu will continue as the state president and as demanded by him, the newly appointed DGP and Attorney General will be replaced by new ones and decision of Minister Rana will be taken thereafter.

It is believed that Navjyot Singh Sidhu has agreed to these proposals and will continue at least up to the elections. The Punjab CM is reaching Delhi this evening to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to apprise them of the latest development.
