Guru Manyo Granth Chetna Samagam Held in Geeta Colony, Dedicated to Khalsa Sajna Diwas

A three-day ‘Guru Manyo Granth Chetna Samagam’ organized at the Ramlila Ground in Geeta Colony, East Delhi, was dedicated to the spirit of Khalsa Sajna Diwas and Baisakhi. Held in a deeply spiritual atmosphere and attended by a large gathering of devotees, the event reflected the community’s devotion to the Sikh Guru tradition and history.


During the Diwan, Bhai Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale arrived and was warmly welcomed by the main organizer and former Municipal Councillor Gurcharan Singh Raju, who also sought his blessings. On this occasion, through spiritual discourses and kirtan, the congregation was encouraged to connect with the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
The program was also attended by Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President Harmeet Singh Kalka and East Delhi Member of Parliament Harsh Malhotra. Both dignitaries expressed gratitude to Gurcharan Singh Raju for the respect and affection shown by the congregation and described such events as an effective means of promoting spiritual awareness in society.
Sukhwinder Singh Babbar, a member of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, stated that there is great enthusiasm among the Sangat in the Yamunapar region regarding this three-day religious gathering. He added that a large number of devotees are expected to participate, and all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
The samagam features religious diwans, kirtan, and spiritual discourses for the Sangat. According to the organizers, the aim of the program is to spread the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib widely and to strengthen spiritual consciousness in society. Devotees are participating with great enthusiasm, and an even larger turnout is expected in the coming days.
