Gujarat AAP chief Gopal Italia arrested. Had used highly derogatory remarks against PM ! Kejriwal tweets : Don’t know why BJP is behind him.
There are reports about the controversial AAP president of Gujrat having been arrested by the police of Mehsana, Gujarat in some previous case when he was crossing the Mehsana Naka toll to participate in the ongoing party’s Jan Samvedna mass contact programme. Several other local AAP leaders had gone to Mehsana to participate in the AAP two days Samvedna programme. He was going to participate in the Unjha Tehsil under Mehsana district in the mass contact programme of the party. His arrest is being labelled as motivated with ulterior political reasons by Aam Admi Party. In his tweet arrested Gopal Italia has blamed the NCW chief of getting him arrested. He wrote : The NCW, India chief is threatening to put me in jail. What else can the Modi government do than putting Patel samaj in jail. The BJP hates the Patidar community. I am the descendent of Sardar Patel. I am not afraid of your jails. Can put me in jail. Had also called the police. Threatening me tweeted Gopal Italia.
Meanwhile, enclosing the tweet of Gopal Italia, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted : Why is entire BJP relentlessly behind Gopal Italia ?
It may be recalled that Gopal Italia has been in various controversies for even using a highly derogatory remark against prime minister and in another video speaking against hindu deities asking women devotees not to waste time in participating in Kathavachan and dancing on religious devotional songs as temples are the places of your exploitation n nothing else. He said if they want to fight for their rights and rule, they should read Mahila Aarakshan Evom Bhartiya Samaj book. He was seen raising this book while issuing his sermon in the video. Several cases have been lodged against him.
