Ganesh Godiyal holds a PC in Delhi says PM Modi should order CBI probe immediate in Ankita Bhandari case after the startling revelation of the name of a VIP
The Controversial case of late Ankita Bhandari who was brutally killed three years ago in Vanantara resort owned by a BJP leader is gaining tremendous momentum with several demonstrations being held in various parts of Uttarakhand and the Uttarakhand Congress chief Ganesh Godiyal holding the press conference at the national headquarter of Congress in Delhi demanding CBI probe urging the prime minister Narendra Modi, in particular, after one of the ex wife of a former BJP MLA from Haridwar Urmila Suresh Rathore has viralled her video openly accusing the former RS MP and general secretary of BJP Dushyant Gautam aka Gattu as the VIP in this most sensitive case who wanted to take the victim’s services at Vanantara Resort but she refused and was brutally murdered to immediately do the needful.
Addressing a press conference in New Delhi at the Party headquarter at Rouse Avenue the Uttarakhand Congress chief Ganesh Godiyal said that his purpose of holding the PC in Delhi is primarily to bring this fact to the notice of prime minister Narendra Modi who talks so much about ” Beti Padhao Aur beti Bachao ” demanding a CBI inquiry to nail the actual VIP behind this diabolical murder who wanted to seek sexual favour from the deceased girl Ankita.
Before starting the detailed press conference , Ganesh Godiyal played the video of the lady actress and former wife of Suresh Rathore , Ex BJP MLA from Haridwar on the screen for the journalists who is openly naming one person known as Gattu , Dushyant Gautam, a BJP leader as named by her husband during her heated conversation on mobile as the VIP who had been to Vanantara resort on the day of the murder of the innocent Ankita Bhandari to seek her special services which she refused.
Urmila also accused that shamefully they were going there to have group sex etc adding further that some more people have been named in the audio who accompanied Dushyant Gautam aka Gattu to the resort on the day of the brutal murder of Ankita.
Addressing the press conference Ganesh Godiyal disclosed that an audio of former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore is going viral, in which he is making revelations related to the Ankita Bhandari murder case.
She says in the video that her ex husband was saying in home that Ankita was murdered because she was being pressured to have physical relations with Dushyant Kumar Gautam, the BJP in-charge of Uttarakhand.
What kind of intentions BJP leaders have towards daughters – this is a shameful truth said Godiyal.
Giving details about how the evidence were sabotaged by the state ruling political dispensation Gajesh Godiyal said when this incident occurred, Ankita’s room was demolished with a bulldozer, and an attempt was made to burn her bed. These developments clearly indicated a conspiracy to destroy evidence.
He demanded that the government should immediately conduct a CBI inquiry in the Ankita Bhandari case under the chairmanship of a Supreme Court judge.
He warned that if the Uttarakhand government does not order a CBI investigation within the next 10-12 days, then-
We will hold a massive protest demanding justice for Ankita and a CBI investigation into this matter.
Pointing towards PM Modi’s Uttarakhand visits Ganesh Godiyal said :
Whenever Prime Minister Modi goes to Uttarakhand and makes big statements, we remind him of his duty.
We have always told Prime Minister Modi that if he sympathizes with the people and daughters of Uttarakhand, then he should get the people involved in the Ankita Bhandari case arrested.
But the BJP government focused all its efforts solely on protecting the perpetrators. Furthermore, the SIT formed threatened witnesses instead of ensuring justice for Ankita Bhandari. It protected those who destroyed evidence said Congress chief of Uttarakhand Mr. Godiyal.
Now that the names of people associated with the BJP have come to light in this case, the entire Dhami government is protecting its leaders and is sitting silent.
Our goal in coming to Delhi and holding a press conference is to convey this message to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
I request the Prime Minister to order a CBI investigation into this case so that the perpetrators receive the harshest punishment said the Congress chief in the press conference.
