FORTY DEAD AFTER THE MASSIVE CLOUD BURST INCIDENT AT KISHTWAR, KASHMIR

After Dhara, Harshil , Sainjee village in Pabo Paudi Garhwal and destruction in Mandi several days ago now Jammu and Kashmir is the direct victims of another ecological disaster where in Kishtwar, Kashmir a massive cloud burst at occured and claimed forty precious lives with several injured and some grievously.

The area where the tragedy occured about twelve hundred people were present. According to the BJP leader Sunil Sharma thirty among the 96 injured have been critically injured.

According to the latest news forty people’s death have been confirmed in the classroom ud burst tragedy af Kishtwar. The union minister Jitendra Singh said that the tragedy occured near the Machail Maya Shrine and the administration has swung into action to provide relief to the victims. The LG Manoj Sinha in hearing the sad news immediately directed the NDRF and SDRF, Jn K Police, Civil defence, and Army into action mode tk provide immediate relief and rescue tk the injured including ferrying them tk the hospitals for immediate medical attention.
The prime minister Narendra Modi expressed his sadness over the tragedy writing on X :

My thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the cloudburst and flooding in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir. The situation is being monitored closely. Rescue and relief operations are underway. Every possible assistance will be provided to those in need.

The leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi wrote in Hindi on X :

I am grieved to learn about the news regarding tragedy that occured in Kishtwar and subsequent news of several missing persons and deaths. I express my deepest condolences over the dead and their bereaved families and hope tk meeg the missing in the near future.

The administration is requested to bring expediency in the relief and rehabilitation works. I appeal to the Congress leaders and activists to help the administration and provide every possible assistance to the sufferers said Rahul Gandhi.
