Former BJP woman leader of Haridwar Uttarakhand now expelled, sent to three days police custody for interrogation who allegedly forced her daughter into prostitution
The former BJP Woman leader who was arrested by Uttarakhand police on the serious charges of pushing her daughter into alleged prostitution having estranged relations with her husband has been remanded to three days police custody today.
She was imprisoned in Haridwar jail.
After the order of the concerned judge sending her to three days police custody for in-depth interrogation the police took her to Ranipur Pokhri Police station, Rishikesh along with her culprit paramour Sumit Patwal who along with his friend had sexually assaulted the adolescent daughter of the culprit BJP woman leader now expelled from the party.
While being taken to Rani Pokhri police station for interrogation, the woman culprit had said that she has been arrested at the instance of her husband from whom she was seeking divorce as its primarily a matter of property dispute worth twenty crores of Rupees.
She said that she was seeking divorce from her husband and he has labelled false charges against her .
It may be recalled that her estranged husband has lodged a complaint in police station about this woman pushing her girl into prostitution forcibly.
When the police asked her daughter about the said charges of alleged sexual harassment she made startling revelations about her rape by the paramour of her mother and one of the associates in Haridwar, Agra and other places after which the Uttarakhand police arrested her and lodged several cases under severe sections of immoral traffic act, forcibly pushing her daughter into prostitution etc.
After her arrest several photographs of the VIP BJP leader leaders with this woman had appeared in social media.
Now the SIT team will conduct a thorough interrogation and digital as well as documentary evidence will be collected by taking them to Mathura and Agra.
The former BJP leader accused her husband before police remand, said I am being framed, the matter is related to property.
