Over speed is and rash driving are the main cause that contributes towards most of the road accidents.
Exited youth, drunk drivers and tired drivers cause accident.
However, safe driver you may be but you are only 50% secured for another 50% of safety is to be ensured by the oncomer. Traffic rules and traffic police can do a little unless the drivers follow the instruction given by them.
High time for all concerned to be God fearing and cautious drivers.
RIP
