FAST & FURIOUS FILMY STYLE CHASE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BY THE TEAM OF SPECIAL STAFF, DWARKA DISTRICT. 01 – INTERSTATE ILLICIT LIQUOR SUPPLIER ARRESTED WITH HUGE QUANTITY OF ILLEGAL LIQUOR

The active staff of Special Staff Dwarka District has done a commendable work by arresting one Ritik S/o Om Prakash, aged 21 years with recovery of large quantity of illicit liquor i.e. 35 cartoons (Total- 1750 Quarters) and one Maruti Ecco Ambulance car used for supply of illicit liquor.

According to the Delhi police as desired by DCP Dwarka District ANKIT SINGH ( IPS) a special drive against interstate illegal liquor suppliers was already undergoing when the PC was being held.

A special team led by Insp. Vishvendra comprising SI Vinod Kumar No. 1016-D, HC Vijender Kumar No. 1039/DW, HC Jagdish Chand No. 2555/DW, Ct. Pradeep Kumar No. 10904/DAP, HC Ajay No. 2183/DW and Ct. Jai Bhagwan No. 1794/DW under the supervision of ACP/ Operation – Sh. Ram Avtar was constituted to check the movement of such persons.

In pursuance of the task, the team started making surveillance over vehicles used to supply illicit liquor and entering Delhi by crossing Delhi Haryana Border situated at Dwarka District.

Traps surveillance teams were laid at several entry points along the border including deployment of the Secret informers to track the vehicles and gather clues.

After tremendous efforts finally, on 01.10.2025 a specific information was received by HC Vijender that one interstate supplier namely Ritik who is indulged in supplying of the illicit liquor and who used to procure illicit liquor from HR through Bahadurgarh Border is supplying the same via Dwarka Expressway.

As per the authentic information, the trap was laid and even beefed up and at the instance of secret informer, accused Ritik who was seen coming very fast in a White colour Maruti Ecco Ambulance Car No. RJ14PEXXXX in the night of 01.10.25, was apprehended.

He was signaled to stop at Dwarka Expressway near Sai Mandir/Behind Dichao Bus Depot but the culprit instead increased the speed and tried to flee.

The team swiftly obstructed his way. Driver tried to run with his full capacity but HC Vijender Kumar No. 1039/DW and Ct. Pradeep No. 10904/DAP produced intelligent presence of mind in nabbing the accused.

On checking, a large quantity of illicit liquor – totalling 1400 Quarters and 84 Bottles were recovered from the Maruti Ambulance Car.

As per recovery, a case vide FIR No. 310/2025, U/s 33/38/58(d) Delhi Excise Act & 345(3) BNS PS Najafgarh was registered and after sustained interrogation, accused Ritik was arrested in the present case.

The accused name is Ritik S/o Om Prakash and is the resident of Village Hasangarh, Near Shiv Mandir, PS Sampla Distt Rohtak Haryana, aged 21 Years.

He works as a driver & is a Bachelor. He studied upto 12th class but could not find a job. He was in need of a job & to earn money for his family, he started a new business to earn money to fulfill his family needs by selling illicit liquor.

He came in contact with one Leela residing somewhere near Kharkhoda, Haryana who told him about illicit liquor supply & its business. He purchased a Ambulance for supply of illicit liquor. Accused Ritik was driving the Ambulance Car himself & doesn’t have any previous involvement.
The police team recovered the following :

1. Total 1400 Quarters Of BLUE STOCK For Sale In Chandigarh.
2. 70 Bottles of Royal Stag For sale in Haryana.
3. 14 Bottles of Royal Green For sale in Haryana.
4. One Ambulance Ecco Car supplying of illicit Liquor.
