Eminent Bollywood singer Jubin’s father Ram Sharan Nautiyal asked why is the party not going for fresh probe ? What’s the hitch ?
The father of the renowned Bollywood singer Jubin Nautiyal who is in BJP and was the BJP MLA candidate from Chakrata Ram Sharan Nautiyal has come out openly in favour of a fresh probe in Ankita Bhandari case saying that why are we afraid of recommending this murder case for a probe as being demanded by the outraged people of the country.
Nautiyal said though I am not in such an authoritative stature to order such an enquiry but as the partyman I would say that now this issue has gained pan India level proportion and the fact of the matter is that a brutal murder has been committed.
Now the problem has assumed more significant proportion after the recent developments.
The issue has geared up tremendously and even children are aware of it including entire Kumaon people now who earlier weren’t aware much about this case.
It is not only the BJP but the entire State of Uttarakhand that has been denigrated .
The more we delay the probe as being demanded by one and all the more will the reputation and image of Uttarakhand be denigrated.
He catagorically said that governments are elected by the people and it is our duty to honour the people’s demand or wishes. What is the harm if the new startling disclosure of certain things are also brought into the periphery of the investigation.
Why is the government reluctant and why are the politicians ?
Let’s bring those who are being named into the jurisdiction of the investigation. Why not, as government’s primary duty is to act on the wishes of the people and today majority of the people want a CBI probe. Even the the SIT could reopen the investigation and work on the new disclosures to arrive at a definite conclusion. What’s the reluctance ? he asked.
Nautiyal unambiguously said that if not CBI them there are several other level of probes , they can be pursued and those being doubtfully named should be interrogated and facts brought to the fore.
Ram Sharan Nautiyal said that the Party has earned tremendous bad name on Ankita Bhandari case and if they really want to reconcile, the needful should be done in wider public interest at the earliest.
