The emergency brain surgery of Ninety years old – former Union minister and former chief minister of Uttarakhand known for his impeccable integrity Major General Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri has been successful.
He was operated for emergency brain surgery by surgeon Dr. Kurial, Dr. Jain and Dr. Kukreti. Major General ( Retired) Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri was operated this morning at CMI hospital Dehradun by a team of doctors led by surgeon Dr.Kurial. He is now in ICU recuperating. The Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited the CMI hospital and met Major General Khanduri about his health condition.
The former CM’s daughter n speaker Ritu Khanduri and his son Manish Khanduri were by the side of their father. The chief minister reached CMI Hospital, Dehradun and enquired about the well being of the former Chief Minister of the state Shri Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri ji.
During this time, I enquired about his health from the doctors. I pray to Baba Kedar for the speedy recovery of Shri Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri Ji wrote Chief minister Dhami in X. The daughter of the former CM Ritu Khanduri speaking on social media said that her father’s emergency surgery of the brain has been successful and nieche is recuperating in CMI hospital’s ICU. She said by the grace of Bhagwan Sidhbaliji the surgery was successful. She thanked Dr.Kuriel surgeon and Dr.Jain and Dr.Kukretj assisting him in this surgery. Kindly recall that Major Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri ( retired) is born in 1934 Durga Khanduri sister of the political stalwart Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna. He was the chief minister of Uttarakhand twice from 2007 to 2009 and 2011 to 2012. He represented the 16 Lok Sabha being elected as MP from Pauri Garhwal constituency serving a union minister of surface transport and highways during the prime ministerial tenure of Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee as PM.
